Moving Rates

Local Moves (35 miles or less) are based on an hourly rate. Our low, competitive moving rates:
2 men $85.00 hourly and $85.00 travel fee
3 men $110.00 hourly and $110.00 travel fee
4 men $140.00 hourly and $140.00 travel fee

We charge a one time one hour travel fee that is the equivalent of your hourly rate, for local moves. Charges begin when we arrive at the first location, and charges end after unloading is complete at the final destination. We DO NOT charge you for travel time between our shop and your location!

After the first 2 hours time is based on 15 minute time increments. Please let us know if you will have any exceptional large or heavy items such as pianos, organs, pool tables, hot tubs, big screen tv or playground equipment. A small extra charge will apply.

Only need the muscles, and not the truck?
We also provide the manpower to load, and unload rental trucks, rearrange furniture, and stretch wrap for these affordable rates:
1 man $35.00 hourly and $35 travel fee
2 men $65.00 hourly and $65 travel fee
3 men $95.00 hourly and $95 travel fee

Rates for Moves over 35 miles

The rates for moves over 35 miles are determined based on weight, and distance. Weight is generally estimated 1,000-1,500 pounds per room, or 7lbs per cubic foot of loaded truck space. Because of the numerous weight/distance combinations please call us, or schedule a time for us to come to you home, or office for an accurate, and binding quote.

*A separate itemized list of packing materials used will be supplied to you, packing rates are for labor only (Please refer to the packing and moving materials price list). You may provide your own boxes if you wish. However we do request that all boxes be in good condition with no holes, rips, or weakened flaps. If you do not want to purchase materials from us we do ask that you provide us with enough protective materials to safely pack your items. Regular newspaper may not be used, as it stains, and we will not be able to accept responsibility for stain damaged items.
